Mom's Birthday:

Starter:
Spinach salad with carrot ganish (balsamic vinagrette dressing)

Main Course:
Roasted cornish game hen over
ASPARAGUS AND LEEK RISOTTO WITH PROSCIUTTO

Dessert:

This turned out AMAZING! Make sure you don't skimp on the syrup.
LEMON CURD LAYER CAKE

I forgot to make the rolls, but we had plenty of food.
