That shed looks awesome! It's kind of hard to figure out which section of the fence is old and which part is new from the picture though... Because if no one ever sees it, why paint it? ;p
Seriously though, perhaps just paint the posts? If the fence itself rusts out you can replace it. Painting chain fence like that must be incredibly slow and cumbersome. The fence on our patio isn't even sprayed that well, and it's poles are much thicker!
